Our kitchen operates on a rhythm of strict proximity. We work almost exclusively with local growers and independent millers who treat the soil with the same reverence we bring to our stove. This choice is deliberate; it limits our menu to what is genuinely in season, forcing us to remain creative and attentive to nature's transitions.

Whether you join us for a quiet breakfast, host an intimate gathering on our sun-dappled patio, or trust us to curate catering for an important milestone, our intent remains unaltered: to provide nourishing, unpretentious food that feels both celebratory and deeply grounding.
